= gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at ~ts option, at anyt~me w~thin twenry (20) years from the date hereof and be-
~ fore full payment of this mortgage and notes secu?ed hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such '
further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an add~tional note then :
