The Grantee by acceptance of the foreqoing Warranty Deed and execution of thia
Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee; acknowledges receipt of copies of the
D:claration of Condominium described above, including the provisions of all of its
exriibita, and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provisions (includinq the
WINOMILL VILLI,GE BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER LEASE as filed for record in Officfal
ttecords Book 189 on paqes 1829 through 1886 in the Public R~ecords of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the acts of the Officers and Directors of wINDMILL VILLAGE BY TEiS SEA
CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, in makinq

fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land and real property
described above, as security for his obliqations, as described in said Declaration of
Condominium and its exhibitsj and the Grantee acknowledges and aqrees that said
Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed by the Grantor
and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
