THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~ day of June,
1972, by and between EDMUND M, RADKE and DORIS M. RADKE, his wife
hereinafter called the parties of the first part, and EARL C. WATSON and
ELOISE WATSON, his wife whose mailing address is / c3 . a7~
, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the parties o# the
second part,
W ITN ESSETH :
That if the said parties of the second part shall first make the pay-
ments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be
made and performed, the said parties of the first part hereby covenants and
agrees to convey and assure to the said parties of the second part, their
heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, by a good and

~ The said consideration of $10, 500. 00 shall be paid in
monthly installments of $125. 00 each. The first such
monthly installment shall be due on July I, 1972 and sub-
_ sequent payments shall be due on the same day of each
; succeeding month thereafter until the whole sum named,

plus interest has been paid in full. Each such monthly
~ payment shall be appiied first to irrterest and then to the
unpaid principal balance, with interest from the date hereof
= at the rate of 82J per annum on the unpaid balance. T~vo or
more payments may be made at an}~ time by the parties of
= the sQcond part on any installment due date, without penalty,
; but the making of such additional pa}?ments will not extend
- the date of the next due payment. Until such time as they
~ might be notified to the contrary in writing, the parties of the
' second part agree to make each of the payments provided for
