THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the v~ 7~ day of December, A. ~
D. 1972 by COW CREEK RANCH, INC., a F ori a corporation,
hereinafter called the Grantor, to ALTO ADAMS, whose post office

whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:

Al1 that part of Section 11, Tvwnship 36 South,
Range 37 East, lying North and West of State
Road 70 (Okeechobee Road), St. Lucie County,
Florida.
PARCEL No . 2 :
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section
10, Township 36 South, Range 37 East, for the
point of beginning; run West along the North
I line of said Section 10, 3,400 feet, more or

thence turn and run Southerly along a line
