COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
MARY B. FLANNERY who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose and
say as follows:
This Affiant is the owner of an undivided 1/3 interest
in the above described real property, the remaining 2/3 interest
being owned by Fred E. Swartz and Harold M. Swartz.
Affiant further says that she has read the Affidavit this
day made by the said Fred E. Swartz and Harold M. Swartz with
respect to the above described real property, which Affidavit
is being filed simultaneous herewith, and that the facts therein
stated are true.
Affiant further says that wherever the public records
with respect to the title to above captioned property identify
; this Affiant as "Mary E. Flannery", such document was in error

j as to the middle initial, in that her middle initial should appear

~ as "B". That her name sometimes appears in such title simply as
~
~ Mary Flannery.

~ This Affiant further says that she was married to Dewey
~
~ Flannery on December l, 1960, and that such marriage was continued
~ and uninterrupted until the demise of Dewey Flannery on October 26,
1969; that the said Dewey Flannery died intestate leaving this
Affiant as his widow, and Edwin E. Flannery as the only child
~ born of the union. Edwin E. Flannery resides at Route 1, Box

Affiant further says that there are no unpaid accounts for

labor or materials for which a labor or mechanic's lien could be
