Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
HAROLD M. SWARTZ and FRED E. SWARTZ, who, upon first being duly
sworn, did depose and say as follows:
Affiants are now and have been for more than ten years last
past, the owners in fee simple vf a 2J3 interest in the above
described real property and that during their period of ownership
they have been in open and notorious posses~ion of said property,
there being a citrus grove planted thereon; that as of the
date hereof, all taxes, including the current levy on the -
installment tax due Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District, have
been paid; that other than future maturing installments due
on the installment tax levy by the last named District, there
are no unpaid liens of any kind or nature whatsoever which could
be filed against the herein described real property.

~ Affiants attach hereto and file herewith a certificate of
~ the Secretary of State under the Great Seal of the State of Florida ~

~ recorded in Satisfaction of Mortgage Book 74 at page 705, St. Lucie
~ County, Florida, records, as to Elizabeth Robinson Fawsett, was duly
~
~ commissioned and acting as a Notary Public of the State of Florida
at Large on October 20, 1960.
