Harold M. Swartz, authorizing the guardian to encumber property
of the ward, that there is attached to the petition filed in
such cause on which said order was predicated xerox copies of
a security agreement and financing statement in favor of Farmers
Production Credit Association to secure an indebtedness of $13,200.00;
that such indebtedness has been fully paid and there is being
filed simultaneous herewith duly executed Satisfaction of Mortgage
and Release of Finan~ing Statement from Farmers Production Credit
Association.
These Affiants further say that they were well acquainted
with Dewey Flannery during his lifetime and with Mary B. Flannery;
that they know that said parties were husband and wife on December 1,
1960 and that their marriage was continuous without interruption
until the death of Dewey Flannery on October 26, 1969, intestate.
These Affiants further say that the said Dewey Flannery was
survived only by his said widow, Mary B. Flannery, and one son,
