KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federal Savings and loan Association of St. lucie County, a
corporation under the laws of the United States of Ame~ica, the owner of a certain martgage given by Florence
Freer, a widow dated February 24 19 67 , and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie Counry, Florida, in Official Record Book 164 on page
2~14 ~ , securi~g the payment of the sum of

cove~ing property in the Counry of St. LuCie , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest mnveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Cle~k of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of record.
