SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGES
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, PHILIP LEVINE, the owner
and holder of Three (3) certain mortgage deeds described as follows:
1. Mortgage from Algan Corporation to David Gilson and
Belle Gilson, his wife, dated January 10, 1957, recorded in
Mortgage Book 133 at page 298 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, securing an indebtedness of ~aenty Thousand
Five Hundred ($20,500.00) Dollars;
2. Mortgage from Albo Corporation to Algan Corporation,
dated March 22, 1957, recorded in Mortgage Book 135 at page 409
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing an
indebtedness of ~aenty Thousand Two Hundred Eleven and 39/100
$20,211.39) Dollars;
3. Mortgage from ~dward Levine to Philip Lsvine dated May 9,
1963, recorded in Official Record Book 63 at page 353 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing an indebtedness of
Thirteen Thousand and 00/100 ($13,000.00) Dollars,
and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deeds
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows,
to wit:
The NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 and NE 1/4 of SW 1/4, Excepting ROW for canal;
AND That part of NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the said NW 1/4
of SE 1/4 thence South 48 feet to the South right of way
of canal, thence continue South 1254 feet to the center
line of an existing road, thence Northeasterly along the
center line of tne existing road iei? r"eez zo Liie w~SL
right of way of Gentile Road, thence Northerly along West
right of way 779.2 feet, thence West 273 feet, thence
North 360 feet to the South right of way of canal, thence
f West along the South right of way of canal 570 feet to the
~ point of beginning, all in Section 22, Township 35 South,
! Range 39 East and containing 97.56 acres more or less.

~ hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said notes and
? mortgage deeds and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct
~ the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
