appeared MARaAR~T MURPHY, who being first duly sworn,
deposes and says:
1. That she, Margaret S. Murphy, is one and the same
person as Margaret S. Tharp, who, was the grantee
in that certain Warranty Deed from Donald L. Shephard,
as Trustee, and Jerome A. Simons, as Trustee, dated
August 31, ~967, and filed for record September 18,
1967 in Official Record Book 168, at page 863, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which
Warranty Deed conveyed the following described land:
Lot 13, Block 5, LAKEWOOD PARK, UNIT N0. 8-B,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11,
; page 48, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
; County, Florida.

i 2. Affiant further states that she was a single adult
at the time of execution of the above described deed
~ and remained a single adult until her marriage to
~ James Murphy.
