hereinafter called the Mortgagee, which term shall denote the singeilar and~or plural and
shall include when used herein, wherever the context so requires or admits, his heirs
and assigns.
WITNESSETH: That for divers, good and valuable considerarions, and also in
consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note hereinafter described,
said Morrgagor does hereby grant, bargain, seU, alien, remise, release, convey, confirm and
mortgage unto the said Mortgagee all that certain piece of property and tract of land of
which the said Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actua! possession, sicuate in
the County of St. Lucie and State of F(orida. described as follows:
Lots 13 to 16, both inclusive, in Block 3; and Lots 9 to 16,
both in~lusive, in Block 4; all being in Section 24 of Town-
ship 36 South, Range 40 East, as shown on map or plat of
ST. LUCIE GARDENS, recorded in Plat Book l, at page 35 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
All of Block l; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 13, 14, 15 and 16 in Block 2;
~ Lots 1 to 4, both inclusive, and Lots 9 to 16, both inclusive,
- in Block 3, AND Lots 2 to 16, both inclusive, in Block 4, all
being in Section 25 of Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as
shown on said map or plat of ST. LUCIE GARDENS.
That part of Lots 14 and 15, lying East of U.S.Highway #~1,
Block 3; AND Lots 9 to 16, both inclusive, in Block 4; all
being in Section 26, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as shown
on said map or plat of ST. LUCIE GARDENS.
