The failure of the maker or any other p~rson now or hereafter liable =~r
the payment of the within note to pay any installment of principal or intLres~

The maker reserves the privilege of epaying the indebtedness eviderc~d
hereby in full or in part at any time fter January 1, 1973, without pena2ty
ar premium for such prepayment. A7.1 repayments made on this note shall be
applied to the installment next thereafter maturing of the indebtedness
evidenced hereby. .
This note is secured by a mortgage of even date herewith en~umbering
lands in St. Lucie County, Florida. The payee, by the acceptance of t~is note,~
does hereby covenant and agree with ~he maker that the payee or holder of tYiis =
note, from time to time, shall never institute any proceedings or actions to
enforce personal liability against the maker for the payment of this note, bu} ~
the payee or holder of this note may have such rights as are provided for in
said mortgage.
