hereinafter called the Mortgagee, which term shall denote the singular and~or plural and
shall include when used herein, wherever the context so requires or admits, his heirs
and assigns. . i
WITNESSETH: That for divers, good and valuable considerations, and also in {
consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note hereinafter described,
said Mortgagor does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, confirm and
mortgage unto the said Mortgagee all that certain piece of property and tract of land of
which the said Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situate in
the County of St. Lucie and Stare of Florida, described as fallows:
That part of Lot 3 lying South and West of U. S. Highway
No. 1; that portion of the South 425.00 feet of Lot 4
~ lying South and West af U. S. Highway No. 1; and Lots 9 to
13, both inclusive, in Block 3, and that part of Lots 14 _
and 15, Iying South and West of U. S. Highway No. 1, aZl
being in Section 26, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as
shown on said map or plat of ST. LUCIE GARDENS, comprising
65 acres more or less.
THIS IS A PURQ3A.SE MONEY MORTGAGE.
; The Mortgagee has accepted this mortgage and the note it secures
with the understanding that the Mortgagors will never be personally
liable for the payment of any sums whatsoever by reason of the making
of the note secured hereby and the within mortgage or by reason of
default in the performance by the Mortgagors of any of the terms of
said note and this mortgage. Mortgagee, for himself and his successors
and assigns, by the acceptance of this mortgage, covenants and agrees
