construct paved streets throughout the property subject to this
mortgage, Mortgagee agrees to join in the dedication of any street.

and utility easements on a subdivision plat, providing the plat '
complies with the Subdivision Regula~ions of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
TO Ii~VE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular
the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging,
or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions,
` remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof,
and also all the estate, right, title, interest, property, posses-
sion, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as-in equity, of
the said Mortgagors in and to the same, and every part and parcel
thereof, unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple.
And the said Mortgagors do hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and every part thereof and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.

PROVIDED, ALWAYS, That if said Mortgagors shall pay unto the ' ~
the said Mortgagee a certain promissory note, of which the follow-
ing is a substantial copy, to wit:
