190.000.00 ) whi~h shall be paid in five (5) equal annual installments
of principal in the amount of $ , together with interest at the 4
rate of seven and one-half ~ercent (7-1/2;') per annum, payable semi-annually,
on the unpaid balance rema~ning from time to time, with th e first interest
payment to be paid on June Z8, 1973. ~'he first annnal installment of prin-
cipal shall become due and ~ayable on the 28th day of December, 1973, and
annually thereafter through December 28, 1977, at which time a21 sums remain-
ing unpaid hereunder shall be paid in full. Payments herein referred to
shall be pa~~able at such place or places as the payee or holder of this note
may designate in ~ariting from time to time.
The failure o£ the maker or any other person now or hereafter liabie for
the payment o~ the within note to pay any installment of principal or in~erest
as and when it becomes due, ~vith such failure continuing uncured for thirt~~
(30) days, will confer upon the payee or holder of this note, then or there-
after while the said failure continues uncured, the privilege of accelerating
and calling due the entire balance of principal evidenced hereby.
The maker and endorser waives protest and presentment for payment, and in
case suit shall be brought for the collection hereof, or the same has to be
collected upon demand of an attorney, to pay reasonable attorney's fees and
all court costs for making such collection.
The maker reserves the privilege of prepaying the indebtedness evidencea
hereby in full or in part at any time after January 1, 1973, without penaltv
or premium ~or such prepayment. Al1 prepayments made on this note shall be
applied to the installment nsxt thereafter maturing of the indebtedness
evidenced hereby.
Ttiis note is secured by a mortgage of even date herewith encumbering
lands in St. Lucie County, Florida. The payee, by the acceptance of this note,
does hereby covenant and agree with the maker that the payee or holder of this
note, from time to time, shall never institute any proceedings or actions to
enforce personal liability against the maker for the payment of this note, but
the payee or holder of this note may have such rights as are provided for in
said mortgage.
This note arid the mortgage it secures shall be construed in accordanee
with the laws of the State of Florida.
