This Termination and Cancellation of Lease, entered into this first ~1 st) day of
Decerr.ber, 1972, by ar~d between JOHN WEBB, as LESSOR, and LUMS DADE CITY 294
CORP. (surviving corporation fn a merger with Piercelum Corp.), a Florida corporation,
as LESSEE. ~
WITNESSETH:
W H E R EA S, the parties hereto are original parties or successor parties to
a Lease Agreement dated September 8, 1966, as amended, regarding the following •
described real property and improvements located in the Count}? of St. Lucie, S*_ate
of Florida, commonly known as 2216 U.S. #1 and legally described as:
All that part cf the South 120 feet of the North 1,100 feet of the
East half of the Soatheast quarter of the Southwest quarter of
Section 1 S, Township 3~ South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida, lying East of t:~e East right-of-vvay line of U.S. Highway #1 .
W H E R E A S, the par ties hereto are desirous of cancelling and terminating
safd Lease,being the same lease referenced in the declaration of lease
~~~~~yedF~or~daR. Book 172 at Page 1466 of the public records of St. Lucie
Iv'OW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of One ($1 .00) Dollar and other
mutual benefits, the receipt and sufficiency of avhicn is hereby acknowledged, the
. parties hereto do hereby agree as follows:
1. The abave described Lease be and the sarne is hereby cancelled,
rescinded and terminated effective December 1, 1972 and from said day forward
shall no Ionger have any force and effect and the parties thereto are hereby
relieved of any further rights, dutfes, li~biliiies or ~bligations arising therefrorr?,
