THIS MORTGAGE DEED 244615
Executed the 27th day of November, A.D., 1972 by OCEAN ISLAND
COTTAGES, INC., a corporation existing under the laws of Florida,
and having its principal place of business at 614 Marine Bank
~ilding, Tampa, Florida, hereinafter called the mortgagor, to ~ -
MARINE BANK AND TRIJST COMPANY as TRUSTEE, a corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Florida, with its permanent address
315 Madison Avenue, Tampa, Florida, hereinafter called the mortgagee:
(Whenever used herein the terms "anortgagor" and
"mortgag,ee" include all the parties to this
instr~ent and the heirs, legal representatives •
and assigns of individuals, and the successors _
and assigns of corporations; and the te~rnn "note"
includes all the notes herein described if more
thaa one.) ~
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable consideration, and
also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the praaissory
note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the mortgagor
- hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and
and eonfirms unto the mortgagee all the certain land of which the
mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St.Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
The E'~ of Section 21, Township 35 South, Range
39 East, excepting therefrom aIl rights of way
for drainage canals, public roads and the Florida
Power ~ Light Campany easement, containing 290.26
acres, more or less. -
This mortgage sha11 also secure the payinent of any
. future advances or loans that may be made by the
mortgagee to the mortgagor at any time within ten
years hereafter even though no indebtedness is
outstanding hereunder, provided that the maximum
principal amount of monies so secured shall aot
exceed $100,000.00 at any one time, and provided
further that such advances or loans strall be
evidenced by separate written instruments to
invoke the terms hereof.
