MORTGAGE N~ODIFICATION AGREEMENT ~~~s

THIS AGREEMENT made thi s c_.~~ f~ day of e~br.~' , 197 Z, by
and between EDWARD P. SUMMERLIN and BETTY B. SUMMERLIN, his wife,
hereinafter called Mortgagees, and WELDON B. LEWIS and JANE T.
LEWIS, his wife, hereinafter called Mortgagors.
WITNESSETH
This Agreement is executed for and with the intention of -
modifying that certain mortgage between the parties hereto dated ~
March 8, 1972 and recorded in Official Record Book 200 at page
2370 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
WHEREAS, the Mortgagors have agreed upon execution of this
Agreement to make a payment to the Mortgagees of FIVE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($5,OOO.QO) principal with interest from March 8, 19~2,
and the Mortgagees have agreed to reduce the monthly payments due
under thc te~ms of said mortgage from ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOL-

LARS ($150.00) to ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual bene-
fits accruing to the parties hereto, it is agreed as follows:
1. The Mortgagors will pay to the Mortgagees upon the ex-
ecution of this Agreement the sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00)
principal with in~erest from March 8, 1972 in the amount ot x Nu,~b~_~~

2o The monthly payments on the remaining unpaid principal
balance shall be reduced from ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLRRS ($150.00)
per month to ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) per month but otherwise
shall be payable as provided in said mortgage.
I1V WITATESS WHEREOF, the garties hereto have hereunto set their
hands and seals the day and year first above written.
