corporation under the laws of the United States of Ame~ica, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Dav i d L.
McCain and Joyce E. McCain, his wife dated February 25 19 65 . and recorded
in the public records of S t. Luc i e Counry, Florida, in Official Record Book on page
S78 , securing the payment of the sum of
Five Thousand Five Hundred and no/100--------------------------------po~~ars(3 5,500.00 ~
covering property in the County of St. lucie , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has ~eceived full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and retease and quit-claim all right, title and interest rnnveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of record.
