MeCORKLE, deceased, party of the first part, and JOHN J. SVANDRGIK and

Florida, parties of the second part, WITNESSETH:
Wt~REAS, the said S. B. MeCORKLE departed this life in St.
~ o Lucie County, Florida on the 26th day of August, 1972, leaving a Last `

~ Will and Testament wherein the party of the first part was named as

Executrix therein, and
WHEREAS, said Last Will and Testament has been duly admitted
to probate on the 5th day of September, 1972, by the County Judge of

St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WI~REAS, the said JEANNIE McCORKLE is the duly qualified and
acting Executrix of the estate of S. B. McCORKLE, deceased,~and under
the terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testament the said
JEANNIE ricCORKLE is duly emgowered to sell and dispose of the real
estate belonging to the said testator at the time of his death.
i NOW THEREFORE the said party of the first part, by virtue of

~ the power and authority to her given in and by the terms and provisions
~
~ of the said Last Will and Testament of S. B. MeCORKLE, and in con-

~ sideration of the sum of Nineteen Thousand Dollars ($19,000.00), does

~ hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the parties of the second
~ part and their assigns and heirs forever, all that certain parcel of
~
~ land lying and being in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,

5 more particularly described as follows:

~ 5 feet of Adjacent Vacated Alley, Block 12,
S Oakland Park Subdivision, per Plat Book 2,
