HomeMy WebLinkAbout4546 So long as biortgagor, its successors and assigns, shall make all payments of principal and interest required under the Note secured by this Mortgage and shall duly keep, observe and perform every covenant and obligation on the part of the Mortgagor as provided in this mortgage or the Note which this Mortgage secures, the Mortgagee agrees to make all payments of principal andinterest required to be made upon the said Mortgage or Mortgages to which this Mortgage is subordinate. Mortgagee shall h ave the right in its own name or in the aame of Mortgagor to prepay, modify, extend or replace the said mortgage or mortgages to which this Mortgage is subordinate and for that purpose Mortgagor hereby appoints Mortgagee its attorney in fact to execute - any instrument of termination, extension, modification or any new mortgage instrument in replacement of said Mortgage or Mortgages. This power being coupled with an interest - shall be irrevocable. If requested by Mortgagee, however, Mortgagor shall execute any instrument required to effectuate the foregoing purposes. MortqaQOr agrees not to prepay, modify, amend or extend the said Mortgage or Mortgages wi thout the prior written consent of Mortgagee. If Mortgagee shall default in mak ing any required payment of principal and/or interest under said Mortgage or Mortgages, Mortgagor shall have the right to advance the funds necessary to cure such default and any suca funds so advanced ~hall be credited against the next installment of interest and principal due under the Note secured by th is ' Mortgage. ~ ~ ~ [ ~ { ~ fL • ' ~ ! ~ ~ Except as to payment of principal and interest ~ as aforesaid, Mortgagor shall keep and perform all covenants ~ and obligations on the part of the Mortgagor under said ~ mortgages to which this Mortgage is subordinate and any ~ default thereunder by the Mortgagor shall be a default ~ under this Mortgage. ~ ~ ~ 29.
