As further consideration for the use of Lender's funds,
the undersigned agrees to pay additional interest in the amount of
$48,000 to Lender upon the commencement of the term.
Each maker, endorser and guarantor jointly and severally
waives demand, protest and notice of maturity, non-payment or protest
and all requirements necessary to hold each of them liable as makers,
endorsers and guarantors and consents without notice to any and all
extensions of time or changes in terms of payment by the holder of this
Note.
This Note is secured by a first mortga e of even
