This mortgage deed executed this ~ day of

a Florida limited partnership having offices c/o Gross & Berger,
420 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, Florida, ("Mortgagor") and
EQUITABLE IMPROVEMENT CORP.,_a Florida corporation, having offices

W I T N E S S E T Ii :
WHEREAS, Mortgagor is justly indebted to Mortgagee
as set forth in a certain promissory note of even date herewith,
made by the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, plus any future advances
; and indebtedness to become due ~rom the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee,
' all as set forth on said note, with interest, which said principal

' sum and interest is payable as set forth in the note, all remaining
