DQUITABLE IMPRO~~EMENT CORP. at S~r~prt Florida,
or at such other place ~r places as the payee or holder hereof
may designate in ~•riting. a principal sum in lawful money of
the United Stai:es of America, eaual to the sum advanced hereunder,
or to be advanced under the future advance clauses o~ this Note
or the mortgage which secures this Note, plus interest accruing
thereon, as here~nafter provided, at the rate of ten (10~) percent
per annum calculated on the daily outstanding principal balances
from time to time as hereinafter provided.
There has been advanced hereunder simultaneously ;

This Note further evidences the obligation of the
~ maker hereof, to make payments to the payee pursuant to Completion
Agreement bearing even date herewith, between the maker and the
payee.

the "Completion Date" as that term is defzned in said Completion
