contract for, or to make any pay~~ent, or to do any act contrary
to law. Such rate of interest shaZl never exceed the maximum
legal rate of i.nterest which is legally permitted under the laws
of Florida; and if such rate of intcrest, computed in the amount
hereinabove p'rovided tor, should excee~ said maximum legal rate,
then said rate of interest shall be automatically reduced to such
said maximum legal rate.
In the event of the continuation of any default in
the payment of any principal or interest hereof for a period of
thirty (30) days, the holder hereof may elect to declare 3nd may
declare the entire unpaid grincipal amount hereof, together with
interest accrued hereon, immediately due and payable; provided,
ho~.:ever, that a default in ar.;~ of the ~prior encumbrances referred
to in the mortgage which secures this note shall be considered
a default~in this note and shall not require any notice.
