It is agreed that the granting to the maker of
this Note or any other party of an extensi.on of time for the
payment af any sum or sums due hereunder or under the mortgage
securing the payment of this Note ar for the performance of any
covenant or stipulation thereof or the taY.ing of other or additional
security shall not in any way release or aftect the liability of
the maker of this Note.
This Note is secured by and subject to the
provisions of a mortgage of even date herewith executed and
delivered by the maker, as Mortgagar, unto the payee, as Mortqagee,
encu:nbering property in "i~r'~~~~'C`~'- Florida.
This~promissory no~e may not be amended or modified,
nor shall any waiver of any provision hereoF be effective, except
by an instrument in writing executed by the payee.
