PARTIRL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

WHEREAS, Nallaark Construction Coapaay of Florida
hereinafter called the mortga~or~ by indenture of mortgage bearing date
the ~th da~}r of !larch 1512 ~ ar~d recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the Caunty of St. Lucie
State of Florida, in Official Records Book ~ Page ~ granted
and conveyed unto Stockton~ Whatley~ Davin & Coanpar~y~ a Florida Corporation,
and assigns~ hereinafter called the mortgagee, the preniises located in
said County and particularlv deacribed in said mortgage~ to secure the
payment of the sum ~f ~ 189,825.OU ; and
WHEREA.S~ 1t~e said mortgagor requeeted the said mortigagee to release the
premisee tiereinafter described~ being part of said mortgaged prenises~ from
the lien and operation of said mortgage;
NaW~ THE~tEFORE~ the safd mortgagee~ in co~nsideration of the sum of One
Dollar (=1.00) and other valuable considerations to it in hand paid by
the said mortgagar at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof
is hereby aclanoWledged, dces remise, release, quit-claim~ exonerate
and discharge fran the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
mortgagor and assigns, all that piece, parcel or ~ract of the premises
convey+ed by said mortgage, to-tirit:
Lot 285, Sheraton Plaza, Unit Four Replat, according to the
plat thereof as Yecorded in Plat Book 16, Page 18, Public
Records St. Lucie County, Florida.
T~ HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, ~rith the appurtenences unto the said ~a
mort~a~or and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and
