Q~,~ 2. That Frank C. Davis and Affiant entered into a

real estate with General Development Corporation, being Contract
No. DA06220, for the following described real estate:
Lots 8 and 9, Block 84, of South Port St. Lucie,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 14, Page 126, of the Public Records of Se..
Lucie County, Florida.
3. That Frank C. Davis and the Affiant remained husband
and ~vife continuously from the date the acquired the above real estate and
entered into the above real estate contract up to and including the date of
~ the death of Frank G. Da~is on December 21, 1970.
4. That the Judge of the Probate Court of Marion County,
Indiana, did on January l.i, 1971, order the appointment of Vivian A. Davis
as Administratrix of the Estate of Frank C. Davis and that said Vivian A.
Davis performed all duties as Administratrix during the administration of
the estate.
