JAMES F. LITTMAN, being first duly sworn, deposes and
says:
l. He was the attorney of record for UAKk~,LL L. GRE~G
and others, Plaintiffs, Civil Action No. 71-740 in the Circuit
Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida
in and for St. Lucie County, wherein MARIO RASTRELLI and
ELIZABETH ANN RASTRELLI, his wife, were Defendants in said action.
2. Affiant knows of his own personal knowledge that
said Defendants, MARIO RASTRELLI and ELIZABETH ANN RASTRELLI, his
~vife, are not now in violation of any injunctions or orders
entered in Civil Action Na. 71-740 cited above with regard to
Lot S, Block 3, Plat 1, Beau Rivage, Plat Book 11, Page 24, St.
Lucie County, Florida, public records, and further, said Defendants
are nQt now violating any of the restrictions or covenants of Beau
Rivage Subdivision, as recorded in Deed Book 242, Page 632, public
records of St. Lucie Co~nty, Florida, with respect tothe real
property described above.
