OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC., a Tennessee corporation, as a developer,
hereby does subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of
the Declaration of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida,.in 0 ook 1•2, to the lien and encumberance created by
a mortgage instrument dated 9~ 7~_between Charles A. Nuqent, Jr. and
Barbar~ A• Nuaent and First National Bank Trust l.o.
on the fo~~ owing described real estate: Jupiter - Tequesta
lot ~~p Section II , in that certain condominium known
as OUTDOOR RESORTS OF A~IERICA, ILC. AT ~JETTLES ISLAP~D, as
shown by plat recorded in the office of the Circuit Court
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16, page
1:1A through 1J.
