In this instrument the singular shall include the plurol and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All riahts and obliqations under this morts~ape shall extend to and be bindinq upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assig~s of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
