12. That, in order more fully to protect the security of this mort-
gage , the mortgagor , together with, and in addition to, the monthiy payments
under the terms of the note secured hereby, on the first day of each month

Any deiiciency in the amount of such aggregate monthly payment shall, ~inless

13. If , howe~~er . the monthly payinents made by the niorigag~r under
(a) of paragraph 1Z preceding shall not be su~ficient to pay taxes and assess-
ments and insurance premiums, as the case may be, when the same shall
become due and payable, then the mortgagor shall pay to the mortgagee an~~
amount necessary to make up the deficiency, on or before the date when payment
of such taxes, assessments, or insurance premiums shall be due.
