(b) Promptly pay when due any and all sums due and owing on any mortgage or other eacumbrance on the prop-
ertyhereinafter described and will never suffer or permit any mortgage lien or encumbrance chereon to be-
come delinquent or go into default,
2, The Borrowers agree that they will not, without fust procuring the oonsent in writing of the said Bank here-
