; WHEREAS, THE FAITH BAPTIST CHURCH OF FORT PILRCE, FLORIDA, INC., ~

} Fort Pierce, Florida, a corporation not for profit, foxmed for religioua
~ purposes, and organized pureuant to the laws of the State of Florida, herein-

` after called "The Church", did on the lat day of March, 1972, execute a Deed i

of Trust as security for an iasuance of bonds in the sum of $150,000.00 with !

the condition contained therein tihat additional bonds might from time to time
be issued thereunder subject to the limitations and conditions stated therein,

which briefly are as follows:

(1) That the bonds of subsequeat series shalZ be issued onlq for the
purpose of making additions and 3mprove~ments to land, buildings and equipment

owned and operated by The Church and included or to be included in the lien of

j; said Deed of Trust.

(2) The Church is not in default under any provisions of the Deed

of Trust or anq of the bonds outstanding.

(3) Fidelity Plan, Inc., of East Point, Georgia has consented in

writing to the bonds of subsequent series being issued, which consent shall

not be unreasonably withheld, and

WHEREAS, bonds in the s.mount of $IS0,000.00 have been issued in the
Series of March 1, 1972, and

;t WHEREAS, it is the desire of The Chuzch to issue additional bonds to
be covered by said Deed of Trust in the aggregate amount of $200,000.00 for
. the purpose of making additions and improvements to land, buildings and

equipment owned and operated by The Church, and ~
WHEREAS, The Church is not in defeuZt uader any provision of the Deed
of Trust or anq bonds outstanding, and
WHEREAS, Fidelity Plan, Inc., of East Point, Georgia, has consented
