Gentlemen:
In consideration of the payment to me/us by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration which
!/we have received, 1/we and tho9e holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement
for the oonstruction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipmentl to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remave such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; atso, to cut, trim and keep clear atl trees, brush and underg~owth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty de9cribed as fotlows:
Port St. Lucie, Section 45, Block 3124, Lot 3, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
The easement more particularly described as the ~~est 10 feet
for underground service.
