The Grantee by acceptance of the foreqoing Warranty Deed and execution of thia
Acknewledgment and Ratification by Grantee, acknowledges receipt of copies of the
Decl~ration of Condominium described above, includinq the provisions of a21 of its
exhibits, and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
furthQr hereby ratify, confirn? and approve all of said provisions (includinq the
WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA RECREATION CF~ITER LEASE as filed for record in Officinl
Records Book 189 on paqes 1829 throuqh 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the acts of the Officers and Directors of WINDNILL VILLAGS BY THB SEA
CO.~DOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, in making
~and enterinq into said Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said pro-
visions; the Grantee acknawledges and aqrees that all of said provisions are reasonable,
fair and equitablet the Grantee hereby ia?presses a lien upon the land and real property
described above, as security for his obligations, as described ir? said Declaration of
Condominium and its exhibitst and the Grantee acknawledges and agrees that said
Declaration of Cond«ninium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed by the Grantox
and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerninq the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
