The Grantee by acceptance of the foreqoing Warranty Deed and execution of thia
Acknowledqment and ttatification by Grantee, acknowledges receipt af copics of the
~eciaration of Condominiwa desczibed above, including the provisions of all of ite
exhibits, and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
further hereby ratify, confirm and approve nll of said provisions (including the
WINDMILL VILLAGS BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER LEASE as filed for record in Official
Records Book 189 on pages 1829 throuqh 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
~`iorida, end the ncts of the Officers and Directors of wINDil~IILL VILLI~GB BY THS SEA
CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, in makinq
~and entering into said Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of eaid pro-
visions; the Grantee acknow2edqes and aqrees that all of said provisions are reasonable,
fafr and equitablet the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land and real property
described above, as security for his obligations, as describeci in said Declaration of
Condominium and its exhibitst and the Grantee acknowledqes and agrees that said
Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed by the Grantor
and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described abova.
