BLOCK A Releases of the Lots in Block A shall
be made upon the payment of Seven
Thousand Dollars ($7, 000. 00) per lot,
plus the then accrued interest for the
first ten (10) Lots released. The
balance of the Lots in Block A shall
be released upon the payment of Seven
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7500.00)
plus the then accrued interest.
BLOCK B ~ Releases of portions of Block B shall be
made upon the payment of One Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per front foot as
measured along the northerly bouridary
of the said Block B. Releases sha11 be
in contiguous portions of not less than
fifty (50) feet Such release payments
shall also include the then due interest.
