strument, unless some other date is ac~re~d to between the parties in writing, a certified audited financial statement of the
Mortgagor and annual complete statements of Mo~tgagor. If the Mo~tgagor's fiscal or calendar year shall not coincide with
rhe date herein specified, then the date which the Mo~tgagee shall specify shall be cont~olling. Mo?tgagor shall supply
Mortgagee with such other financiai statements as Mottgagee may from time to time request.
20. No right or remedy provided herein fo~ the Mortgagee or p~ovided for the Mortgagee in the note secured
hereby shalt be exclusive of any other of said rights or remedies. All sa;d rights and remetlies shall be cumulative.
21. It is understood and ag~ee that this mortgage is given to secure, in addition to the note or obligation above ~
described any additional loans or future adva~ces made within twenty years from date hereof by the mortgagee to said
