1. To aake all payments required by that note and this mortgage pranptly xhen due. '
2. To pay all taxes, assessa~ents, liens and encumbrances on :hat prcperty promptly ~hen due.
~ If they are not promptly paid the Mortgagee may pay them without aaiving the option to foreclose, and such

~ 5. If any paynent provided for in that note is not paid Mithin 30 days after it becomes due, or if

principal balance of that note shall ir.:sediately beco^:e due at the eption of the Mortgagee and Mortgagee ma~
