~JHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a Florida
corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Mortgagor", by Inden-
ture bearing date of April 24, 1972, and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in O.R. Book 201, ~-.ge 1959, Public
Records Of $t. Lucie COUflCy, Floricia, $rSIILeQ Sllti ~:vi~vcycu i.v
Citizens Bank of Palm Beach County, ~.'est Palm Beach, Florida, here-
inafter referred to as "Aiortgagee", and its assigns, the premises
therein particularl_y described, to secure the payment of the sum
of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars, together with in-
terest as specified therein;

AND WHEREAS, the said Mortgagor has requested the said riort-
gagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being a part
of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
Mortgage; '
NOW, THEREFORE, the said Mortgagee, in consideration of the ;
