of approximately equal value will be constructed.
Advances under this mortgage will be made in_accordance with
the construction loan agreement only when each parcel is re-
leased from the existing mortgage to First Bank and Trust
Company of Boca Raton, to which this mortgage is inferior.
Living units will be released from this mortgage at the rate
of $18,000.00 per living unit.
