LOAN ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a corpo~ation organized and existing under the laws of the
United States of America, he~einafter referred to as the Mortgagee, the following real estate in the County -
of S_t. luc i e ;n the State of Florida, to wit:
The South 100 feet, as measured along the right of way line of U.S. Highway
No. l, of the following described property, to-wit: Begin at the Southeast
corner of Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, and run West on
the South section line to the East right of way line of Fede~al Highway
No. I, as same existed March 9, 1955 (Dixie Highway); and thence run
Northwesteriy along said right of way 893 feet more or les~ to the Northwest
corner of lands heretofore sold to Shanahan (which is more specificaily set
out in Deed Book 178 at Page 397 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida) for point of beginning of the tract herein described; and from
thence run Northeasterly on the North line of said Shanahan property to the
East line of said Section 22; and thence run North on Section line to the
Southeast corner of lands heretofore sold Brack (which is more specifically ~
set out in Deed Book 155, at page 29 of the public records of St. Lucie

property to the right of way iine of said highway; and thence run Southeasterly
on the right of way l+ne 125 feet more or less to the starting point of the
Tract herein conveyed being the Northwest corner of the said Shanahan tract.
EXCEPTlNG FROM THE FOREGOING PARCEL all rights of way for public roads and
the easement for electric transmission and distribution lines.,/
