by OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC., a Tennessee Corporation, to IOWA I.~1ND AND GENERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, INC., a Minnesota Corporation, authorized to do business in
the state of Florida, dated January 12. 1970 and recorded in Official Record Book 182,
Page 1658, and modified, Official Record Book 194, Paye 1001, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in consideration of S 300.00 , hereby on this 26th
day of December , 19 72 , releases from the lien of that Mortgaqe the
real property in that County described as:
Lot [~o. 9 . Section II , in that certain Condominium known as
Otli^DOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA at Nettles Island, according to plat of Nettles
Island Project, Plat Book 16, Pages l, lA thru 1J (both inclusive) and
Declaration of Condo~ninium, Official Record Book 186, Page 2720 as last
amended Official Record Book 192, Paqe 820, all as filed for record in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, together
.with: (i) an undivided 1/1585th interest in those lands designated by said
l~lat and Declaration (as amendecl) as conunon elements and limited cotc~cnon
clements; and, (ii) all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
pelonging or in anywise appertaininq;
witi~aut impairing the lien on the remaining part of the property described in that
