Westinghouse Credit Corporation whose resident and post office address is 933 Penn
Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222, that certain mortgage executed by
Patrick J. & Virqinia M. Burke , as Mortgagor to Outdoor Resorts of America,
Inc., dated September 22 19 72 , and filed for record in the Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, Florida, in~R Book , page,?~, which mortgag~~ encumbers
the following described real estate in sai county to wit:
Lot No. l61 , Section II , in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office ~
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat 6ook 16, ~
page 1:1A through 1J.
together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.

Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does ~
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Declaration `
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
