Florida, party of the firat part, and Theresa C. Moahier~ grantee, of 1 North
River Shoree Boulevard, Stuart, Florida, party of the second part:

That the party of the First Part. for an in consideration of One Dollar
($1.00), to him in hand paid by the party of the Second Part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the said Party of the
Second Part, her heirs, and assigns forever, the following described real proper-
ty, and righta and interests as set forth below and in real property located and
situate in the Cou~ty of St. Lucie and State of Florida, to wit:
