County, Florida, beina described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 387, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION ZWQITY-FOUR,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
13, pages 31 and 31A thru 31C of the Public Records '
of St. Lucie County, P'lorida
W~REAS, parties hereto desire to r.todify, amend and change some of the
~ezns and provisions of said rbrtgage in order that it rr.ay set forth the
true, cos~~lete and int~nded agreement between the parties:

the parties do hereby agree as follows:
The first nonthly payment is shown to be due on ~r before the first day

are desirous of amending tne first pay~ent due date to February 1, 1973
