default under all of said mortgages and the respective notes
secured thereby. Upon the happening of any o£ said events the
whole indebtedness secured by each respective mortgage shall, at
the option of the Mortgaqee, 2~ecome due and payable without notice
or de~and and each respective mortgage may be foreclosed at once,
anythinq contained therein to the contrary notcvithstanding.
2. That all the property described in each of the aforesaid
mortgages shall remain in all respects subject to the lien, charge
or encuinbrance of each respective m~rtgage, and nothing herein con-
tained or done pursuant hereto shall affect or be construed to af-
fect the lien, charge or encur.~rance affected by each of said mort-
gages, or the oriority thereof over other liens, charges, encumbrances
or conveyances.
3. ::otwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, this
AgreeMent shall not affect or impair any representation in regard
to and/or warranty of title heretofore made by the Mortgaqor, all
of wliich shall remain in force and inure to the benefit of the

f lien of the nortgages thereon.

5. '~his Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to
