THIS MEMORANDUM OF BOUNDARY A~~~~~:~NT made this

and MARY JO McDERMID, his wife, hereinafter referred to as McDERMID,
as first parties, and VIRGIE HOLMES BRADL~~', ,;v=..::~' _
hereinafter referred to as BRADLEY,
F. M. BRADLEY~, as second parties;
WHEREAS, McDERMID is the owner by deed from Carrie U.
Holmes, a widow, of a parcel of land in St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as:
Beginning at a point 12 feet West of the Southeast
corner of Lot 5 of Canning Company's Subdivision,
as per plat thereof recordeu in Plat Book 1, page
190, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
being at the intersection of the South line of said ~
Lot 5 and the West line of South ?th Street, as now
located, thence North 86 feet; thence West 198 feet;
thence South 86 feet; thence East 198 feet to the '
point of beginning;
on which property McDERMID is desirous of erecting a professional
building; and _
` WHEREAS, BRADLEY awns the parcel of land adjacent to that
` above described, being on the north side thereof, and described as

boundary line separating the ownerships of the parties hereto which must
