be resolved to enable McDERMID to finance and construct the building
above mentioned; and
WHEREAS, the property so conveyed by Carrie U. Holmes to
McDERMID has been surveyed by Alton A. Register and Associates and
a sketch of such survey bearing date of 12 / 1/ 65, Revised: 7/ 31 / 6? has

been prepared and examined by the parties hereto with respect to the
comrraon line between the above ownersnips; auiu
WHEREAS, concrete monuments have been placed in the ground
to establish the Northeast corner and the Northwest corner of the owner-
ship of McDERMID, which monuments have been examined by the parties
hereto,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of $1, 00, each
to the other in hand paid, the parties hereto agree:
(1) That the common boundary line between the two properties
herein described is parallel with and 314 feet north of the center line of
Citrus Avenue as the same is now laid out between South ?th Street and -
South IOth Street in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, which common
boundary line has been established on the ground by concrete monuments
placed by Alton A. Register & t~ssociates at the NW and NE corners of
the McDermid property all as represented by the herein mentioned Sketch
of Survey prepared by the said Alton A. Register & Associates. ~
(2) That inasmuch as the second parties hereto question the
location by Register of the West line of the McDermid lot as established
by monument at the SW corner and the NW corner thereof, and they being
the adjacent owners on the West thereof and believing the true line to be
approximately 18 inches East of the Iine as so surveyed, McDERMID
agrees that the building to be erected shall not be located with two (2) feet
